A great leader inspires growth from the bottom up; leading by example and standing side by side with his staff instead of micromanaging. Every agent is given the guidance necessary to serve a client effectively throughout the process. My job is to inspire, grow and build the confidence that is required in order to effectively help my agents and community flourish.

In order to be a great businessman, leader and boss it is my job to promote each individuals’ natural talents, strengths and help them see their mistakes and work side by side with them to help them see their full potential. While others call themselves bosses, leaders or managers their fatal flaw is arrogance and greed.
